I just got back from a hiking trip to Yellowstone and my knees are absolutely THANKING ME for getting these trekking poles. I would usually have knee soreness for a few days after a trip, but these trekking poles actually helped my knees. I feel like I can go on another hike right now! I would definitely recommend.

I always thought hiking sticks were not for younger people....So when my boyfriend bought a pair for me for our trip, I really didn't want to use the sticks because I thought it would be embarrassing! OH WOW, WAS I WRONG. They helped me SO much during the hike. I usually fall at least twice (ouch) every hike, but I didn't fall at all and felt like I hiked farther and faster too. These are with me now on ALL HIKES.

As an older hiker, I've gone through a few pairs of trekking poles. These are by far my favorite. They're easy to adjust and really help take off weight on my knees. I bought one for my wife as well after trying these.
